Apple Snowflake Display
Apple tapped ACME to build roughly 350 giant snowflakes for window displays in the iconic Apple Stores worldwide. The snowflakes were meticulously welded from stainless steel rod, and tipped with Apple’s own ear buds. ACME built several prototypes, and worked out all of the pre-production bugs. ACME easily made the aggressive pre-black-Friday, 20-store deployment. Stores from Paris, the Ginza in Tokyo, to stores across the United States were fitted with snowflakes built by ACME. Detailed instructions, complete install kits, and 24 hour phone support allowed store associates to install the intricate displays.
